Itano Family Pets

We have two cats, named Pele and Snowball. Pele and Snowball are sisters from the same litter. They were born in the summer of 1993. Pele is NOT named after the famous soccer player, but after the Hawaiian volcano goddess. (Her fur has a smoky color.) Snowball looked like a snowball when she was a kitten, but her fur has gotten darker with age. We had a guinea pig named Hershey, but she died in 1997. Hershey was named after the chocolate bar, because of her dark brown color.
