This is a crinoid cup, viewed from the side. Prof. Gary Webster of Washington State University, Pullman, Washington has identified it as Aaglaocrinus keytei, a species which was first described from Minturn Formation specimens by Strimple and Moore (originally Aglaocrinus keytei). [Strimple, H. L., and Moore, R.
